Solia Technologies successfully delivered an integrated CCTV surveillance and access control solution for Elite Apartments.

The project was implemented to enhance residential security through intelligent monitoring, controlled access, and centralized system management.

High-definition IP cameras were installed across key indoor and outdoor areas, supported by a centralized Network Video Recorder (NVR). The system enables continuous and motion-based recording with secure local and remote monitoring.

Access Control System

 

The access control system includes biometric and RFID authentication devices integrated with electromagnetic locking mechanisms. Access permissions are managed through a centralized platform supporting role-based and time-controlled access.
